San Francisco, CA — Organizers of the 2024 San Francisco Marathon announced record-breaking registration numbers for this year’s event, scheduled for July 28. Over 30,000 runners from across the globe have signed up to tackle the city’s challenging course, which includes iconic landmarks like the Golden Gate Bridge and Fisherman’s Wharf.
“This is shaping up to be our biggest year yet,” said race director Emily Johnson.
The marathon will include a full marathon, half marathon, and a 5K, with proceeds benefiting local nonprofits.
