A woman who advocates for defunding the San Francisco police has been ridiculed on social media after she allegedly stole all her belongings from a Woohaul moving truck.
Darcey Bell posted about the theft on her account on Saturday using the profile name “Jelq Cotto,” the same account that also revealed her support for “defunding the police.” He immediately became the subject of ridicule.
“I don’t care about the people who stole it. People steal shit. I just take what they need and get back personal things that I struggle with. I hope you can.”
“Hey guys. If you saw a 26-foot U-Haul truck with Arizona plates AL50003, could you please let me know as it had the same one I own,” she posted, adding, “It’s Noe and Market But fun fact: @U Hall doesn’t have GPS on your truck and the thieves seem to know that. ”
She tagged San Francisco Mayor London Breed and other officials to require Woohaul vehicles to be equipped with GPS tracking devices to make it easier to recover stolen goods.
“I just want my shit back, sentimental stuff please. I don’t care about the people who stole it, people steal shit, I just want them “I hope that I can receive what I need and take back what is personal. That’s what I’m struggling with,” she added.
While many saw this juxtaposition as karma, Bell argued that the incident actually proved his point that police are useless and should be defunded. She spoke about her case to the New York Post and criticized the police.
“I can’t find my sex!” The police did nothing wrong! I had to file a ridiculous police report because of U-Haul! ” she said.
“There are cameras everywhere in this city. “They didn’t do anything terrible!” she added. “I just want my stuff back!” Ta.
She also blamed many people who mocked her.
“Look at all the good Christian ‘victim advocates’ who celebrate children losing their possessions at Christmas,” she wrote.
Ms. Bell claimed she had a U-Haul because it was too expensive in San Francisco and she had to move.
