As of now, Israeli authorities have not issued a response to the allegations concerning the attack on the Vessel of Conscience, which was reportedly aimed at providing aid for those in Gaza.

Among those involved in the protest is at least one grassroots activist from the Bay Area, who is taking part in the flotilla aimed at delivering humanitarian assistance to Gaza.
