San Francisco, CA — Organizers of the SF Jazz Festival announced a star-studded lineup for this year’s event, set to take place in June. Performers include Herbie Hancock, Esperanza Spalding, and Kamasi Washington.
The festival will feature concerts at venues across the city, including the SFJAZZ Center and Davies Symphony Hall. “This is a celebration of the artistry and innovation that jazz brings to our culture,” said festival director Randall Kline.
Tickets go on sale tomorrow, with proceeds supporting music education programs in local schools.
