San Francisco, CA – San Francisco has been selected as the host city for the 2024 World Tech Summit, which will bring together industry leaders, innovators, and policymakers from around the globe. The event, scheduled for September, will focus on artificial intelligence, sustainability, and emerging technologies.
“This is a tremendous opportunity to showcase San Francisco as a hub of innovation,” said Mayor Carla Alvarez. City officials estimate the summit will generate over $100 million in local economic activity, but some residents have expressed concerns about potential disruptions.
