San Francisco, CA – The San Francisco Zoo is celebrating the birth of two rare red panda cubs, a significant milestone for the species, which is classified as endangered. The cubs, born to parents Mei and Tenzing, are said to be healthy and thriving.
“This is an incredible moment for conservation efforts,” said zoo director Emily Ramirez. The cubs will remain in a private enclosure for the first few weeks but are expected to make their public debut this summer.
