San Francisco International Film Festival Announces Lineup
San Francisco, CA – The San Francisco International Film Festival (SFIFF) revealed its highly anticipated 2024 lineup today, featuring over 200 films from 50 countries. The festival, scheduled to run from April 11 to April 21, will showcase a diverse mix of feature films, documentaries, and short films.
This year’s centerpiece is Golden Gate Stories, a documentary chronicling San Francisco’s cultural evolution over the past century. Other highlights include a retrospective of legendary filmmaker Ang Lee and the North American premiere of a Cannes-winning drama.
“The lineup reflects the creativity and diversity that define the Bay Area,” said Festival Director Marla Rivera. Early ticket sales have already exceeded expectations, with locals and international visitors eager to participate in the city’s iconic cinematic event.
